AtΒ Aizue, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and order accuracy. Please read the policy below before making a purchase.
Exchanges
We primarily offerΒ exchanges only.
An exchange can be requested if:
- The product received isΒ damaged or defective, or
- The product received isΒ incorrect as per the order placed
In such cases, the product will be exchanged for theΒ same item.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are generally not allowed.
- If a return request is approved under exceptional circumstances, theΒ customer will bear the return shipping cost.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, theΒ refund amount will be processed within 2 business daysΒ to the original payment method.
Shipping Charges
- If the product delivered isΒ correct and as per the order, theΒ customer will bear all shipping chargesΒ (exchange or return).
- If the product isΒ damaged or incorrect,Β Aizue will bear the shipping chargesΒ for the exchange.
Exchange / Return Request Timeline
- Requests must be raised withinΒ 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Product Condition
- Products must beΒ unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or return.
Non-Eligible Items
- Products purchased duringΒ sales, discounts, or promotional offersΒ are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
- Certain items such asΒ innerwear or accessoriesΒ (if applicable) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
How to Request an Exchange or Return

- Order ID
- Clear images or a video showing the issue (for damaged or incorrect items)
